Pour cette ultime \u00e9tape je suis seul car mon p\u00e8re se r\u00e9serve pour le 600 du V\u00e9loce. Pas de nuit blanche au programme.&nbsp;En roulant \u00e0 25 km\/h, j&rsquo;envisage de couvrir 300 km par jour et de m&rsquo;arr\u00eater 9 h durant la nuit. Sur le papier c&rsquo;est&nbsp;toujours facile d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir des feuilles de routes !<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1\u00e8re journ\u00e9e : des bosses, des bosses et encore des bosses !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/activities\/311386496\/embed\/55035f7a09f1dd05cf0b5857ea27dc346e295cbb\" scrolling=\"no\" width=\"590\" height=\"405\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apr\u00e8s une nuit chez les Toulousains, je me l\u00e8ve \u00e0 3h30 pour rejoindre une derni\u00e8re fois la salle de Vic. Fran\u00e7ois Goas, fid\u00e8le au poste, est derri\u00e8re sa table, stylo et tampon \u00e0 la main pour remettre les cartes de routes aux participants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nous partons group\u00e9s \u00e0 5h. Nous sommes 38 au d\u00e9part. Le relief tr\u00e8s accident\u00e9 me convient bien. Les jambes ne sont pas trop dure. Mais je souffre des pieds. Je viens de boucler ma campagne de qualification pour PBP. Cette seconde journ\u00e9e \u00e9tait meilleure pour moi. La strat\u00e9gie de couper le brevet en 2 m&rsquo;a permis de r\u00e9aliser la distance sans encombre. Le circuit \u00e9tait suffisamment dur et ce fut un excellent entra\u00eenement pour l&rsquo;\u00e9ch\u00e9ance du mois d&rsquo;ao\u00fbt. Pour les chiffres \u00e7a donne 35h20 pour 325 km (avec les erreurs et les crochets). J&rsquo;ai roul\u00e9 25h15 \u00e0 25km\/h de moyenne. Arr\u00eat dodo de 8h30.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au tour de mon p\u00e8re de se qualifier dans 15 j au V\u00e9loce. Place \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup pendant 1 semaine. Le but est de continuer \u00e0 progresser logiquement et de r\u00e9gler les petites douleurs (pieds&#8230;).
