J&rsquo;avais pr\u00e9vu de faire un rappel longue distance 1 mois avant l&rsquo;\u00e9ch\u00e9ance du PBP. Le passage du Tour \u00e0 Rodez \u00e9tait tout indiqu\u00e9 pour organiser cela. Mon programme : 1 premi\u00e8re sortie de 5 h le vendredi pour encourager Alexandre Geniez sur ses terres, une journ\u00e9e de repos le samedi et une sortie de 7h le dimanche pour rentrer \u00e0 la maison.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>VENDREDI 17 JUILLET : CIEURAC\/CASSAGNE BEGOHNES &#8211; 130 KM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/activities\/349665046\/embed\/28ff61e382dbbbce947e01e5b189bcbc38d383ec\" scrolling=\"no\" width=\"590\" height=\"405\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;D\u00e9part \u00e0 8h00 et la temp\u00e9rature est d\u00e9j\u00e0 chaude&#8230;.je vais peaufiner mon bronzage. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e9viter les grands axes et prend la direction de Caylus. Le circuit choisi n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s plat&#8230;mais comment faire autrement dans cette r\u00e9gion. Un petit clin d\u2019\u0153il \u00e0 Ginals ou j&rsquo;ai effectu\u00e9 mes premiers tours de p\u00e9dale avec Andr\u00e9 et Chantal au sein de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole de cyclotourisme du VCM. La jolie bosse de 5 km du village de Montirat (\u00e7a ne s&rsquo;invente pas!) va me permettre de rallier le plateau. Il fait maintenant tr\u00e8s chaud. Les jambes sont dures et le cardio est beaucoup trop haut. Je m&rsquo;arr\u00eate dans un bar \u00e0 Mirandol-Bourgnounac. On parle v\u00e9lo, le fr\u00e8re d&rsquo;un des clients est dans la caravane en train de jeter des bob Skoda sur les routes du Tour ! Je commence \u00e0 bien piocher \u00e0 l&rsquo;approche de Naucelle. Eclair de g\u00e9nie, j&rsquo;appelle Fani pour conna\u00eetre leur position. En effet, je dois retrouver la troupe \u00e0 Cassagne. Ils ne sont pas loin et ne tardent pas \u00e0 me rejoindre&nbsp;au pied d&rsquo;un mur \u00e0 moins de 20 km de l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e. Je rempli le bidon et commence un bon calvaire dans les derniers talus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fani trouve une place \u00e0 l&rsquo;ombre pour passer l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s midi et j&#8217;emprunte la route du Tour sur 5 km pour la rejoindre. Ambiance festive sous une chaleur accablante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La matin\u00e9e de v\u00e9lo est fini et ce n&rsquo;est pas pour me d\u00e9plaire car je suis rinc\u00e9. 130 km, 5h et plus de 1800 m de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9. style=\"text-align: justify;\">La journ\u00e9e du samedi est vou\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration en famille dans les eaux limpides du Tarn en attendant le passage des coureurs. Une superbe journ\u00e9e et des gorges du Tarn qui m\u00e9ritent d&rsquo;y revenir en vacance !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&rsquo;orage durant la nuit du samedi ne nous a pas g\u00ean\u00e9 sous la tente. Je pr\u00e9vois un d\u00e9part pour 9h. Il pleut, mais l&rsquo;averse est de courte dur\u00e9e. C\u00f4t\u00e9 circuit, c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s simple. Je reprend le parcours d&rsquo;un 400 que j&rsquo;avais boucl\u00e9 avec Steeve, il y a de cela quelques ann\u00e9es. Une longue ascension m&rsquo;attend \u00e0 la sortie de Millau pour me mener au point culminant de la journ\u00e9e. Je suis lanc\u00e9 et ne veut pas faire demi tour. J&rsquo;apelle Fani qui me retrouvera sur le circuit pour me les donner. Quel assist\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J&rsquo;attaque la c\u00f4te \u00e0 la sortie Millau. Le vent est d\u00e9favorable. Rien d&rsquo;\u00e9tonnant, il fait 35\u00b0C. Je me dess\u00e8che mais il reste moins de 25 km. Et voil\u00e0 la premi\u00e8re faiblesse qui appara\u00eet : un bon \u00e9chauffement sous le pied gauche.
